I took my daily practice outside in the lush jungle gardens of Selva Armonia this morning. I love the feeling of the cool earth beneath my hands.
Handstands can serve as a reminder that life is about the journey, not the destination. I have been practicing handstands for years…and I’m still working on them! Some of the awesome benefits of handstands are:
