Phunk Yoga

Yoga allows me to share a life of health and well-being through intention, pranayama, meditation, and asana. My goal is to have each student leave class feeling balanced and renewed. I teach in a way that allows students to bring awareness to themselves and challenge their preconceived limitations. Each class aims to inspire students to remain present in the moment and to relax. My style includes a balance of demonstrations and hands on assists.
